Problem Statement
The fashion brand, operating in 37 countries, needed a single order management system and integration platform to connect applications across different regions while following regional regulations. They used a custom Order Management system with their online store, alongside other systems, which created below challenges leading to increased TTV and TCO and extended implementation time frame:
